Private or On-premise Paging Systems

An on-premise paging system can be used to communicate emergencies and important information to employees who are deaf or hard of hearing. Using text messages or number coded messages, co-workers, managers, and supervisors will find it easy to communicate on the job. For example, in a retail sales scenario, a text pager might be used to convey intercom messages to an associate who is deaf. A designated person could be responsible for sending relevant text messages using the on-premise paging system. The employee who is deaf will then receive the vital information they need to be successful on the job
