Chat Editor
Chat Editor is a supplemental program that has been provided for customizing the Chat vocabulary on your Windows desktop or laptop computer. Although customizing is also possible on the device itself, the Editor allows the family and/or professionals to customize the vocabulary when the device is not present.
Note: Having the custom vocabulary on a computer is always recommended as a backup to the device
Device and Editor Differences
Chat Editor is not intended to function as a speech generating device. It is a support tool for modifying the client’s vocabulary so that the client can continue using the device while modifications are being made.
Dialog boxes will appear slightly different and a couple of the options are modified for the computer. The Editor displays menus at the top of the screen, and the device displays them on the bottom. When you are editing and accessing menus on the device, pressing and holding on the screen opens context menus. In Chat Editor, right-clicking on the vocabulary window will open context menus for editing.
Chat Fusion 10
Fusion offers multiple access methods including Chat Point (optional headpointing), a front and rear camera, and extended battery life. Single or dual switch and advanced scanning features are incorporated into the device as well. Additionally, a wheelchair mounting plate has been included for your convenience.
It also includes WIRELESS charging capabilities using a docking station, so even those with fine motor or vision issues can place the device on the charging base!
Chat Fusion comes with a 10" screen and weighs only 2.4 lbs. The capacitive touchscreen is accessible by finger touch or an included stylus.
ChatFusion 8
Expertly engineered to help people find their voices, the exclusive tablet technology and Android-based Chat software you've come to love in our original Chat Fusion is now available in a more compact size to fit a variety of needs for communicators at all levels.
The new Chat Fusion 8 offers front and rear cameras to enable device users to customize pages to meet their needs. It also has an extended battery life, and multiple access methods including Chat Point (optional headpointing), and single or dual switch scanning. A wheelchair mounting plate has been included for your convenience.
Chat Fusion comes with an 8" screen and weighs only 1.9 lbs making the device easy to hold. A stand and handle are built into the design, and a shoulder strap or waist belt are available options for hands-free transporting.
A docking station with WIRELESS charging capabilities, and a screen touch wake-up setting allow those without fine motor skills to easily use the device without assistance.
The same vocabulary configurations that you have grown to know and love on the NOVA chat provides options for each individual that uses Chat Fusion. Thousands of SymbolStix™ symbols are included, and PCS™ symbols can be added.

NovaChat 12
Presenting the Nova chat 12! The Nova chat 12 has a 12.2 inch LCD display- the largest in the Chat line of products. It is a speech-generating device that offers the well-known Chat Software on an Android™ platform. Like all "Chats," NOVA chat 12 offers a durable yet sleek, portable design, with features that include a built-in camera, single or dual switch scanning, Social Chat, IVONA speech synthesizer, and many other exciting features.
A variety of vocabulary configurations allows you to tailor the device to meet your needs. The NOVA chat includes thousands of SymbolStix© symbols, and PCS© symbols can be added. The ability to use your own photos permits even further customization.
Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, the Ivona© synthesizer offers a voice that can be manipulated to your liking. It includes a child, teen, and numerous American, British English and Australian adult options. Additionally, Acapela™ voices are available for NOVA chat 12 as an option. Your voice will definitely be heard as the encased amplifier produces sound clarity beyond that of any portable speech generating device of its size.

Saltillo has updated the user interface of their Chat software. Included are features for sharing text with other applications and social networks. This Social Chat feature allows text generated by Chat pages to be sent to Facebook, Twitter or other social networks with the touch of a button.

NOVA chat 5 is our smallest integrated communication system that offers the well-known Chat software on an Android™ platform. Like all "Chats," NOVA chat 5 offers a durable yet sleek portable design, with features that include a 5" display, multiple position capabilities, switch scanning, Social Chat, IVONA speech synthesizer, and many other Chat features.
A variety of vocabulary configurations provides options for each individual that uses our "Chat" systems. NOVA chat includes thousands of SymbolStix© symbols, and PCS© symbols can be added.
Ivona© voices are standard and include a child's voice, a teen's voice, as well as numerous American, British English, & Australian adult options. Acapela™ voices are also available as an option offering several "genuine" voices for children. Additionally, there is a new English/Spanish Amercia NOVA Chat option using either Acapela or Ivona voices, which offers bilingual speech capabilities. Sound clarity of NOVA chat 5 outdoes that of any portable communication system of its size.

TouchChat Express
TouchChat Express is a full-featured communication solution for individuals who have difficulty using their natural voice. It includes both English and Spanish vocabularies, including the popular WordPower series of AAC vocabularies designed by Nancy Inman.
Words, phrases and messages are spoken with a built-in Acapela voice synthesizer or by playing a recorded message. Various English and Spanish synthesized voices are available, allowing the user to choose a voice that fits their own personality.
