Overview
MDA connects minority & women-owned businesses with key industry partners from public and private sectors to facilitate networking that may increase opportunities for these businesses. The division also helps identify joint ventures and subcontracting opportunities, as well as technical and financial assistance to help these businesses better compete for federal, state, local government, and commercial contracts.
