Internet Protocol (IP) Relay Services

Internet-based relay services offer an alternative to using a tty device. Using this type of service, a text call can be made over the Internet on a computer or wireless device without using a TTY. The service is sometimes referred to as IP Relay, or Internet Protocol Relay.
