Our mission is to protect and promote the rights of Kentuckians with disabilities through legally based individual and systemic advocacy, and education.Kentucky Protection and Advocacy has a vision of a just society where all people are treated with dignity and respect for their expressed choices and have equal opportunities to participate in an integrated and inclusive society where different abilities are valued.
