Overview
The Client Assistance Program is a federally mandated program that provides assistance, advice and information and referral to persons with disabilities in Kentucky. We maintain an environment that supports individuals with disabilities while receiving services from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Office for the Blind and the Independent Living Centers in their efforts to reach an appropriate vocational goal and obtain gainful employment.
