Clinch Independent Livibg Services (CILS) recognizes that all citizens are entitled to the freedom to make choices and have the right to live independently in the community. CILS' mission is to provide resources and support necessary change within the community, alleviating barriers to independence, and enabling citizens to live productive and satisfying lives.
