Overview

Founded by the Georgia State Legislature and overseen by the Public Service Commission, the Georgia Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (GATEDP) provides free telecommunications equipment to qualified applicants throughout the state of Georgia.
Administered by the Georgia Center of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (GCDHH), GATEDP offers a variety of specialized solutions to fit the varying needs of applicants who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or have difficulty speaking. Available options include:
