Community Action Resource and Development, Inc. (CARD) is a non-profit corporation whose primary purpose is to administer anti-poverty programs in northeastern Oklahoma.  Our primary service areas are Nowata, Mayes, Rogers, Wagoner, Washington, and portions of Tulsa counties.
