Our purpose is to assist people of all ages to gain effective control and direction of their own lives. PILC attempts to stimulate and promote a growing sense of personal dignity and responsible community participation of individuals with disabilities through training, community development, and direct services to meet the unmet needs of individuals with disabilities.
