Everybody Counts recognizes the value and worth of all people, and believes in the rights of persons with disabilities to control their own lives and participate fully in all aspects of community life.

To that end, Everybody Counts’ mission is to empower people with disabilities through information and assistance to work in collaboration with others in order to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate opportunities for inclusion into society, to develop programs and services identified by people with disabilities as being necessary and appropriate, and to increase community options for independent living through outreach, awareness activities, education and advocacy.
