Join JAN Consultants as they discuss when employees with substance use disorders are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), when employers may need to provide accommodations, what those accommodations typically consist of, and when employees can be disciplined for their use of drugs or alcohol. Examples will be used to illustrate discussion points. As always, attendee questions are welcome.
