Issues with Supervisor

Front line supervisors play an important role in the workplace and typically work closely with the employees they supervise. As a result, the front line supervisor is often a key player in the accommodation process, especially when there is a supervisor change (employee is assigned a new supervisor or employee wants a new supervisor) or the employee needs the supervisor to modify supervisory methods.
