Julie Davis, M.S., C.R.C

Julie Davis joined the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) staff as a Consultant on the Motor Team in July 2021. Julie fields questions from employees and employers regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and assists in identifying accommodation solutions for employees with motor and mobility impairments.

Julie served in the United Sates Army as a military police investigator. She has worked in corrections as an officer and case manager and worked for several years with individuals with developmental disabilities as a case manager and behavior support professional. Julie is certified as a Positive Behavior Support Professional (PBSP). She also has professional experience as an addiction counselor. Julie is passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and improving their quality of life.

Julie earned a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fairmont State College with an emphasis on Corrections. She is nationally certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

During her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and walking outdoors.
