This Job Accommodation Network (JAN) training includes practical job accommodation solutions to support the unique needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities and enhance workplace accessibility. Learn valuable insights on disability disclosure and Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and explore a range of job accommodation solutions to help create an inclusive and supportive work environment that recognizes and respects the contributions of qualified employees with intellectual disabilities. The training also acquaints participants with the JAN service, a partner in the accommodation process.
