Overview
Our focus is on transitioning these individuals into a self employment career that takes into consideration their past, present ability, and desired future. We will either provide business coaching for them to start their own business or help them find a franchise business in which they can buy into and do. Our most supportive program, Job Security through Business Ownership, will support them and their family by designing a variable task career within a franchise environment that they and/or their family purchases, and if necessary we will work with employees who assume the role of manager and job coach.
