Kevin joined the JAN staff as a consultant on the Motor team in December, 2017 after spending time with the WVU Center for Excellence in disabilities as a work incentives counselor addressing concerns of SSI and SSDI recipients wanting to work.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies (Therapeutic Track) from State University of New York College at Brockport in 2000 and a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University in 2006. Kevin is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC)
Kevin has had a long and varied career path. He has worked with individuals with many disabilities in positions that also include direct care provider, case manager, QIDP, supervisor of therapeutic services, and vocational evaluator. As a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Kevin developed a transition service program for his county of coverage and served as district liaison to the state comprehensive rehabilitation center in addition to holding a general caseload.
