Tracie D. Saab is a Sensory Team Lead Consultant for the Job Accommodation Network (JAN), a service of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Disability Employment Policy. She is JAN’s most senior Sensory Impairment Specialist providing accommodation technical assistance and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance assistance for individuals with sensory, immunology, and endocrinology related limitations, such as hearing impairment, chemical sensitivity, respiratory impairment, HIV, and diabetes.
Tracie has been with JAN since 1994. She is an experienced national speaker who specializes in ADA Title I and Rehabilitation Act compliance, the interactive accommodation process, and using assistive technology as a job accommodation. Tracie is credited with a number of nationally cited technical assistance documents related to her field of expertise. She is a graduate of West Virginia University (WVU) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
