Lisa joined the JAN staff initially as an Employment Service Representative in September 2009 and later joined the Motor team as a consultant February 2011. Currently, Lisa fields questions from employees and employers regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and assists in identifying accommodation solutions for employees with motor impairments.
Lisa graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing (minor in Communication Studies) and a Master's of Arts in Communication Studies.
