Employment Services Representative
Jaysea started working for JAN as a temporary worker and was hired permanently at JAN in January 2011. As an Employment Services Representative, Jaysea answers incoming queries to JAN and is responsible for customers being routed to the appropriate Consultant. She is also co-responsible for distributing incoming emails to JAN as well as any JAN chats. As an Employment Services Representative, she sees that JAN users are forwarded to the appropriate consultant, provided the information requested, and that the appropriate referral is made.
Jaysea also assists our small business Consultant, which supports individuals with disabilities who are interested in entrepreneurship, self-employment/independent contracting, telework and home-based employment, and non-profit development.
