Employment Services Representative
Amanda started working for JAN in March 2011. As an Employment Services Representative, Amanda answers incoming calls to JAN and is responsible for routing callers to the appropriate consultant. She is also co-responsible for distributing incoming emails and JAN chats. She sees that JAN users are forwarded to the appropriate consultant, provided the information requested, and that the appropriate referral is made.
Amanda also assists our Self-Employment team, which supports individuals with disabilities who are interested in entrepreneurship, self-employment, independent contracting, telework, home-based employment, and non-profit development.
Amanda graduated from West Virginia University in 2009 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.
