Working Effectively with a Supervisor
People with mental health impairmentsmay have difficulty working effectively with supervisors. Accommodations include:
- Establishing written long term and short term goals
- Maintaining open channels of communication
- Providing regular information meetings to discuss workplace issues and productions levels
