Maintain Daily Information
People with mental health impairments may have difficulty maintaining daily information. Accommodations include providing:
- Allowing the employee to tape record meetings
- Providing typewritten minutes of each meeting
- Providing written instructions
- Allowing additional training time
- Providing written checklists
