Remembering Tasks / Sequences
People with learning disabilities may have difficulty remembering tasks or sequences. Accommodations may include:
- Communicating verbally and in writing
- Providing training and in writing
- Using memory aids
- Allowing the employee to tape record directions
- Using checklists
- Making carbon copies of notes
- Using prompts
- Using timers/watches
