The mission of the Kentucky DVA is to assist veterans and their dependents in the presentation, proof and establishment of all claims, privileges, rights and other veteran benefits, which they may have under federal, state or local laws. The other benefits offered by KDVA include veterans' nursing homes, cemeteries, counseling, and a homeless veterans program.
