Terry Matlen is a psychotherapist, writer, consultant and ADHD coach specializing in ADHD in adults, with a special focus on women. She is the author of the books, “The Queen of Distraction” and “Survival Tips for Women with ADHD” and is the founder/director of  www.ADD Consults.com.

She is the former Vice President and  board member of ADDA (currently serving on the Professional Advisory Board), and is immediate past Coordinator of E. Oakland County CHADD (Michigan). Terry is the founder and moderator of the first internet mailing list for ADD professionals.
