Testimonials From Those Who Attended

One of the consistent comments the Association receives on attendees' conference evaluations is:

That was the best ADA conference ever – This one was even better than the Association's last one.

Our conference attendees state they have been to many other ADA training programs. Most other training, they feel, is more like attending an overview on the basics of the ADA. The Association's general sessions and interactive workshops, attendees emphasize, are like attending a quality symposium on the many significant and critical aspects of the Titles I, II, & III of the ADA. The networking with other ADA professionals is considered invaluable.

Newer conference attendees are always astounded at the high level of the ADA expertise and knowledge of the faculty. The interaction is first-rate during the general sessions and workshops. Attendees are appreciative of how the faculty answer and discuss an attendee's question. Most of the faculty are attorneys and professionals from the ADA enforcing agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the U.S. Department of Education (DOE). Our faculty includes those who wrote the ADA rules and regulations.

Other members of the faculty are senior ADA professionals who each has been associated with the ADA since its inception as well as having many additional years working with the Federal Rehabilitation Act prior to the ADA. These ADA professionals provide the conference attendee with many practical examples and best practices that the attendee can "take back home" and use in their daily activities right away.
